Premium Membership Terms & Conditions

These Premium Membership Terms & Conditions ("Member Terms") govern your participation in the Pulpculture Premium Membership program. Please read these carefully before subscribing.

1. Premium Membership Program

The Pulpculture Premium Membership Program ("Program") provides members with exclusive savings on every purchase of premium cold-pressed juices and wellness shots. For a monthly fee of $8.99, members save $2.00 on every cold-pressed juice and $1.50 on every wellness shot.

Membership Model:

  • Monthly Fee: $8.99 CAD per month
  • Juice Savings: Save $2.00 on every cold-pressed juice
  • Shot Savings: Save $1.50 on every wellness shot
  • No Commitment: Cancel anytime with no penalties

Members receive instant savings on all purchases, priority customer support, and access to special member-only promotions.

2. Membership Benefits

By subscribing to the Pulpculture Premium Membership, you receive the following benefits:

  • Save $2.00 on every cold-pressed juice purchase
  • Save $1.50 on every wellness shot purchase
  • Reduced delivery fee: $7.99 (vs. $10 for non-members)
  • Lower order minimum: $50 (vs. higher for non-members)
  • Instant savings applied automatically at checkout
  • Priority access to new products and seasonal offerings
  • Dedicated member support via email and phone
  • Member-only promotions and early access to sales
  • Personalized wellness recommendations

3. Billing and Payment

When you enroll in the Program, you authorize Pulpculture to charge your payment method $8.99 CAD per month on a recurring basis. Your membership fee will be charged automatically on the same day each month (your "billing date").

Payment Terms:

  • Monthly membership fee: $8.99 CAD
  • Applicable taxes (GST/HST) will be added to the membership fee
  • Product purchases are charged separately with member discounts applied
  • Membership fee will be processed automatically on your billing date
  • Failed payments will result in suspension of your membership until payment is received
  • Membership benefits resume immediately upon successful payment

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards. Payment information is processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment processor.

4. Payment Partner & Billing Portal

Your membership billing is securely managed through our trusted payment partner, Stripe. Stripe is a globally recognized, PCI-compliant payment processor used by millions of businesses worldwide.

Billing Portal Access:

As a Premium Member, you have access to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can:

  • View your complete billing history and payment details
  • Download invoices and receipts for your records
  • Update your payment method (credit card, debit card)
  • View upcoming charges and billing dates
  • Manage your billing address

To access the Billing Portal, log in to your Pulpculture account and navigate to the Membership page, then click "View Billing Portal" or "Manage Billing."

All payment data is stored securely by Stripe and never on Pulpculture servers. For questions about charges or billing issues, you can contact our support team or review your details directly in the Stripe portal.

5. Billing Changes and Price Updates

Pulpculture reserves the right to update membership pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price increases will be communicated via email, and you will have the opportunity to review and accept the new pricing or cancel your membership before the change takes effect.

If you wish to change your payment method or billing address, you may do so through your member account or by contacting our customer support team.

If your payment fails, we will attempt to process it again on subsequent business days. If payment ultimately fails, your membership will be suspended, and we may terminate your membership if payment is not received within 14 days.

6. Membership Duration and Cancellation

Your membership begins on the date you subscribe and continues on a monthly recurring basis. Your membership will automatically renew each month on your billing date unless you cancel it.

Cancellation Policy:

  • No minimum commitment period required
  • Cancel anytime with no penalties or cancellation fees
  • Cancellation must be requested before your next billing date
  • Member benefits continue until the end of your current billing period
  • Cancellations can be processed through your account dashboard or by contacting support

If you cancel, you will continue to receive member benefits until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

7. Delivery Schedule, Pausing, and Skipping

Delivery Schedule: Members receive deliveries according to their selected membership tier. Delivery dates are communicated via email and can be viewed in your member account.

Pausing Your Membership: You may pause your membership for up to 3 consecutive months without canceling. During a pause, no charges will be made and no deliveries will be sent. Your membership will resume on your specified resume date.

Skipping Deliveries: You may skip individual deliveries by notifying us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date. Skipped deliveries will resume on your next scheduled delivery date, and you will not be charged for skipped deliveries.

To pause, skip, or modify your delivery schedule, contact our member support team or use your member account dashboard.

8. Purchasing Products as a Member

As a Premium Member, you can purchase products anytime through our website or retail locations. Member discounts are applied automatically at checkout when you are logged into your account.

How to Shop:

  • Log in to your account before shopping to receive member pricing
  • Add juices and shots to your cart as usual
  • Member discounts are applied automatically at checkout
  • Complete your purchase with your preferred payment method
  • Membership fee is separate from product purchases

There are no long-term commitments or contracts. Shop whenever you want, meet the $50 minimum, and save on every order with reduced $7.99 delivery.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Pulpculture ships subscription orders to addresses within Canada. Estimated delivery dates are provided at enrollment and updated for each delivery cycle.

Delivery Timeline: Deliveries typically arrive within 5-7 business days from the shipping date, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for inspecting your delivery upon receipt and reporting any damage or missing items within 48 hours.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Member support is available to assist with tracking and delivery inquiries.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Members are subject to the same return and exchange policies as regular customers. For detailed information, please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Damaged Products: If your delivery arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will send a replacement at no additional charge.

Membership Cancellation Refunds: We do not provide refunds for membership fees already charged. However, if you cancel before your next billing date, no further charges will be made.

11. Member Account Management

All members have access to their personal member account dashboard where they can:

  • View and manage their subscription details
  • Update payment method and billing address
  • Customize product selections for upcoming deliveries
  • Pause, skip, or cancel their membership
  • View order history and delivery tracking
  • Access exclusive member-only content and promotions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and are liable for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

12. Cancellation of Membership

You may cancel your membership at any time by:

  • Using the cancellation option in your member account dashboard
  • Contacting our member support team at support@pulpculture.ca
  • Calling our member support line during business hours

Cancellation requests made at least 48 hours before your next billing date will be processed before that charge is made. Requests made within 48 hours will process on the next billing cycle.

Upon cancellation, no further deliveries will be sent and no additional charges will be made. Your membership access will be terminated immediately.

13. Termination by Pulpculture

Pulpculture reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if:

  • Payment fails and remains unpaid for 14 days
  • You violate these Member Terms or our general Terms and Conditions
  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • We are unable to maintain service due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Your delivery address becomes inaccessible or invalid

Termination by Pulpculture will be communicated via email with at least 30 days' notice, except in cases of fraud or abuse where immediate termination may occur.

14. Member Responsibilities

As a member, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete billing and delivery information
  • Keep your payment method current and valid
  • Use your member account only for lawful purposes
  • Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior
  • Not resell or redistribute products purchased through the membership program
  • Comply with all applicable laws and these Member Terms
  • Promptly notify us of any changes to your contact or delivery information

15. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Membership in the Program includes exclusive member pricing and promotional offers. These offers are non-transferable and apply only to members in good standing.

Pulpculture reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue promotional offers at any time with notice. Coupon codes and promotional discounts may not be combined with membership pricing unless explicitly stated.

New members who receive an introductory offer (e.g., first box at a discount) must purchase at least one full-price membership cycle to remain eligible for membership benefits.

16. Age and Legal Eligibility

To enroll in the membership program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts
  • Have the right to use the payment method provided

Parents or guardians may enroll on behalf of minors but remain liable for all charges and responsible for managing the membership.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulpculture is not liable for:

  • Delays or failures in delivery caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Loss or damage to products during shipping
  • Product quality issues that do not constitute defects
  • Disruptions to the membership program due to maintenance or technical issues
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your membership

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the membership program shall not exceed the amount of membership fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

18. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding your membership, please contact our member support team at support@pulpculture.ca. We will attempt to resolve the issue within 30 days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be governed by the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our general Terms and Conditions.

19. Governing Law

These Subscription Member Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal action or proceeding will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

20. Changes to Member Terms

Pulpculture reserves the right to update these Member Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued membership after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with changes, you may cancel your membership without penalty before the changes take effect.
